Chief Consultant
Chad Williams, MPA
Chad has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the public sector, achieving a diverse career path. His journey began as a direct care worker for individuals with ID/DD, and he was later promoted to the initiative manager role in the State of New Jersey. Through his experience as a director-level leader for one of the top-performing national non-profits, Chad has developed dynamic problem solving acumen and exceptional engagement abilities.
He resides in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina with his wife and children.
